Job Description

Are you excited to join a decentralizing force in the world? \nJob Responsibilities:Develop and execute business development strategies to drive user development, trading volume, and brand exposure in international crypto markets Identify, onboard, and handle partnerships with crypto projects, DeFi protocols, Web3 platforms, and ecosystem partners Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, influencers, communities, and affiliates to support marketing and growth initiatives Design, negotiate, and lead collaboration models with KOLs, including CPA, revenue share, and volume-based incentive programs Track, analyze, and optimize partner performance, ensuring measurable results in user acquisition and trading volume Explore and expand market opportunities in emerging regions, especially Africa, including localized expansion strategies Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align BD initiatives with overall business goals Stay up to date with global crypto regulations, compliance requirements, and local payment solutions (e.g., mobile money integrations) Represent the organization at industry events, online AMAs, conferences, and community activities as needed Prepare regular reports on BD progress, market insights, competitor analysis, and development performanceRequirements:3-5+ years BD experience in African crypto/blockchain markets.Deep understanding of crypto, DeFi, and Web3 ecosystemsEstablished network within African crypto influencers, communities, and projectsExtensive KOL resources with a verifiable trading volume track recordFluent in English; additional African languages a plusKnowledge of African crypto regulations and mobile money integration (M-Pesa, etc.)\nWe are A values-based culture that trusts your knowledge, vision, and autonomy, we focus on taking the best products and campaigns to wow our customers and bring the freedom of decentralization to every part of the world. Integrity, insight, innovation, purpose and cooperation are inscribed within our culture.
