Through video visits, our specialist clinicians—psychiatric nurse practitioners and therapists—deliver therapy and medication management right from the comfort of home.About the RoleAs a Clinical Operations Specialist you will support the day-to-day operational needs of a telecommute behavioral health practice by onboarding and assisting clinical providers, managing schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. The Clinical Operations Specialist is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator, with experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations and comfort working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.What You’ll Do• Manage and execute the end-to-end provider onboarding process.• Coordinate and maintain clinical provider scheduling and calendars.• Develop, document, and optimize clinical operational workflows.• Act as a central point of contact for clinical team and provider operational inquiries.• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements within clinical operations.• Support the clinical team with administrative tasks related to patient care delivery and record keeping.• Identify and implement solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of clinical operations.Who You Are• Provider Onboarding: Someone who will support the details of the onboarding process for new clinical providers, including system setup, schedules, training coordination, and documentation management.• Schedule Management:
